As a retired 78 years old engineer, with many health problems, I was very skeptical when I arrived for my first Reiki session. Afterwards, I was relaxed, with much less pain and more energy that I had in many months. With more sessions I have found that my consumption of pain medications has dropped from 5-6 doses a day to 0-1 dose per day. I may not understand exactly how it works, but for me it does work.
